Residents can now try balancing the county's \$1.2 billion budget themselves, using a tool built by six Aldermere economists.
The simulator lets anyone move money between services and see what happens to council tax, waiting lists and bus routes. More than 9,000 residents used it in its first month, and the council will publish what they chose before setting next year's budget.
